The location is perfect, the city view side of the room was impressive as well from the 22nd floor. The room was spacious enough, the double bed large enough and the mattress was supportive and comfortable. Bathroom is a big plus, size and the shower cabin are exceptional in Hong Kong measures. The breakfast is a main strength of the hotel, variety (incl. gluten free bread), the Asian style dishes, soup station made our breakfast enjoyable. Service and staff were all hospitable (e.g. providing the gluten free bread or extra blanket), and house-keeping was solved in a non-disturbing way.

Great location. Close to everything: Centre, Macau ferry, Kowloon and Airport through the western tunnel or by ferry to Lamma and Mui Wo. Aberdeen is also accessible. The gym is good and a lot of eateries around. Perfect transportation between busses, trams and metro.

Great location close to coffee shops, restaurants and groceries. Room was specious enough for two persons with two big suitcases and lucky us we have had a stunning harbor view. The bus stops a10 just in the front of hotel, that makes the journey from/to airport seamless.

Very comfortable bed and nice room. Ronald Lau senior concierge agent was fantastic. He was full of knowledge re transport etc and always happy to help. Betty on reception let us check in at 0930 which was great.

Very friendly staff always ready to help and advise which was very appreciated We could do a late check out. Room clean, comfortable with a nice view of the sea. Hotel well situated at 5 min by walk from MTR and just in front of a bus station to go to airport and to ICC. Good hotel to work with a comfortable desk to work in the room.

Special thanks to Eddie (bell man), Brian (at reception) and Wen/Wan (housekeeping) for making our 4 nights stay here pleasant. I was in this hotel for a business trip and Eddie helped me every morning to call for taxi and was very helpful and polite. Bryan offered us early check in since there are available rooms and coins exchanges (for our public transport rides). Wen kept our room tidy and was amazing to attend to our requests, giving new towels, restocking, etc. Hotel lounge is great, well maintained hotel. Definitely recommend to come here. Location wise may a bit further from main shopping malls but there are trams nearby (cheap as chips) to carry you to the central (around 15-20min) All staff was super nice!! Kudos to the best hospitality service we’ve received compared to our stays in Singapore/Malaysia.

Good location. Should use exit B3 from Sai Ying Pun, that will get you out at a Wellcome supermarket a few streets/blocks from the hotel. Hotel room was clean and quiet. Hotel staff are friendly and polite. Check-in was quick and without delay. Hotel were kind enough to allow for a slightly later check-out at no charge upon request. They also held our bags for us for 2 days and 1 night when we went to Macau, and also allowed us to use their ground floor washroom to change our clothes for our flight. There are 2 7-11s very nearby (next block), 2 good dimsum restaurants around the area, and 2 large supermarkets (Wellcome and another which name I have forgotten) with a smaller independent small business as well. Forgot to mention that our towels were replaced everyday even though we did not put them on the floor as instructed, which is a nice bonus to have clean towels everyday.

I enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. I was a first time visitor to Hong Kong and I particularly appreciated the patient staff who answered my numerous questions about how to get around, how to get a taxi, etc etc. It made it much easier for me to manage

The staff was extra helpful. Concierge Ronnie helped me a lot on transportation options. The location is excellent! The hotel is along major bus routes plus there are so many transportation options. I found fhe tram to be the most convenient!
